A former fighter pilot and the first woman to lead the Patrouille de France (French Air Force Aerobatic Team), Virginie is now a professional international speaker and consultant. She ensures that the rigor and vision at the core of G-TURN's DNA are reflected in every engagement and every decision. Both on stage and behind the scenes, she embodies the values that unite people and give meaning to collective action.

Benjamin Guyot
Co-Founder & Director of Operations

A former Air Force officer and Colonel in the Gendarmerie, Benjamin specializes in leadership in complex environments. He oversees program design, strategic partnerships, and the agency's operations.
Drawing on his experience at the highest levels of command, he ensures that every mission combines rigor, pedagogical clarity, and measurable impact for the teams we support.

Head of Development & Learning Design

A former fighter pilot and leader of the Patrouille de France, Raphaël also held senior responsibilities within the French Air Force, both operational (squadron command and overseas missions) and strategic (notably at the Human Resources Directorate). A specialist in executive training and certified instructor, he designs and delivers immersive and transformative programs.

She has delivered over 1,000 keynotes in France and internationally and offers immersive training on leadership, cohesion, and collective performance. Her approach is rooted in authenticity, lived experience, and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge.
